Mrs. Walson-Jack emphasized that the song and video will serve as a unifying force among civil servants, inspiring them to embrace professionalism, integrity, and a renewed commitment to public service.
“This Song, a source of pride and inspiration, will serve as a clarion call and rallying point for all Federal Civil Servants. It unites us in our shared mission to drive reforms, boost productivity, and deliver excellent service to Nigerian citizens,” said Mrs. Walson-Jack.
The Culture Change Song and Video are designed to inspire Federal Civil Servants to exhibit courtesy and respect in their daily interactions, embodying the change Nigerians expect from their public institutions. This reintroduction marks the beginning of a culture shift aimed at values reorientation, transparency, and accountability.
