
In an email statement addressed to its customers, MultiChoice attributed the adjustment to the increased cost of conducting business operations in Nigeria.
The statement affirmed, “On Monday, November 6, 2023, we will be making price adjustments across all our DStv and GOtv packages. We acknowledge the potential impact of this change on you, our valued customers, but the rising cost of business operations has necessitated this challenging decision.
“Our commitment to delivering top-tier entertainment and viewing experiences remains unwavering, and we will persist in providing high-quality content and exceptional service. Thus, as of Monday, November 6, 2023, management reiterated that the new pricing adjustments will come into effect as follows:”
