Oshoala recently left Women’s Super League One club, Arsenal Ladies in England to sign for Dalian Quanjian.

Speaking on Friday, the chairman Technical Committee of the NFF, Chris Green said the Federation does not know how and why the Super Falcons forward decided to leave England.

“We may not know why she went there. Oshoala has her manager and people working around her,” he said.

“At this level, the players do things on their own. But as I said, we don’t have a pre-knowledge about her movement to China.

“I know that the game of women football is also strong in China, but I don’t really know much about the strength of their league. What we can only say now is to wish Oshoala the best of luck in China.”

Oshoala made 11 appearances for the Arsenal Ladies and won the Women’s FA Cup in 2016.

This week, chairman of Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) side, MFM FC, Godwin Enakhena, confirmed that the reigning African Women Footballer of the Year, will earn seven times what the Gunners were paying her .
