The School of Eloquence, Nigeria’s premier institution for public speaking and communication training, has successfully concluded its Inspired Teachers Masterclass, a groundbreaking Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative in partnership with Lagoon School, Lekki. This innovative masterclass took place on August 26th, 27th, and 29th, 2024, at the School of Eloquence headquarters in Ikoyi, Lagos, bringing together 108 educators from Lagoon Primary and Secondary School, Lekki.
The Inspired Teachers Masterclass aimed to elevate the teaching profession by equipping educators with advanced communication and leadership skills, enhancing their ability to engage, motivate, and lead students effectively. This initiative underscored the School of Eloquence’s unwavering commitment to educational excellence and its mission to empower teachers who shape the minds and futures of Nigeria’s youth.
Key Highlights of the Masterclass:
– Advanced Communication Skills: Teachers were trained on how to enhance clarity, boost confidence, and foster greater engagement in their classrooms.

Led by Mr. Ubong Essien, CSP, Dean of the School of Eloquence and one of Nigeria’s most esteemed public speakers, the masterclass provided invaluable insights and practical skills. Known as Nigeria’s Mister Motivator, Mr. Essien shared his extensive experience in communication and leadership training, leaving a lasting impact on the participating educators.
